Oak Panelling
This solid oak panelling complete with a built in cabinet was produced and fitted in a period property.
Great care and attention was required to replicate original panelling elsewhere in the property, which included using quarter-sawn English
oak for the panels. All the framing joints were fully mortice and tenon jointed, and draw-dowelled in the traditional manner for extra
strength. The finish of the panelling was entrusted to a specialist french-polishing company.
This project was a great
challenge and the customer was delighted with the result.
